Its’ no doubt about it that our diet and what we put into our bodies directly affects our overall health AND skin! Did you know our skin is the largest organ on the body?! Which means it makes sense that it responds to anything and everything we do to it.



With it being a new year, some people have new year’s resolutions, health & fitness goals, or dieting goals like eating healthier, eating less, drinking less alcohol, or cutting down on some of their favorite treats. So, this is the perfect time to review our Top 5 fruit picks that we know will lead you in the direction of healthy, glowing skin!









1. Blueberries! Are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. Our bodies function well off the vitamins it needs to be strong and vitamin c, vitamin k, vitamin b, and vitamin e are all present in blueberries. Blueberries also contain fiber to help improve collagen, tighten the skin for a firmer appearance and improve the skin’s overall complexion.


2. Strawberries! Are loaded with vitamin c and full of protein; they can help to improve the skin’s elasticity (can improve loose, saggy skin).
